Returns/Refunds: We understand that when you purchase an item online from us, you are trusting us to describe it accurately. We make every effort to include thorough descriptions on each listing and ask that you carefully read through those for sizes, dimensions, notations of condition and wear. In the case of electronics, we make every effort to insure that each appliance or tool is working properly.
However, if, when you pick up your item, it is not as we have described it, or it does not work as it should, please notify us by email or phone within 24 hours. We will refund your purchase price in full when it is returned to us.
Pick-Up/Shipping/Delivery: Our "Top Picks" Online Sales assume local Florence area pick-up at either our shop or at the estate location. We will notify you within 24 hours of your purchase with pick-up instructions. Shipping is available by request and is invoiced separately at actual shipping charges. Florence area delivery is available on all larger items by separate arrangement. Our minimum delivery charge is $40.
Our website complies with all PCI standards. We do not store your credit card information, nor do we share you name and address with others.
